What we do
Looking for a special little something to give to your guests? Our heartfelt wedding favours are individually hand-sewn by a group of women in Makapanstad, South Africa and each one is made with lots of love.
Designed out of felt, using beading and traditional crafts, you can individually create each favour in the colours of your choice.
From bookmarks to key rings, puffy fridge magnets to your very own unique heartfelt design.
Why not give your wedding guests a little something that's truly felt from the heart.
Ethical Action
Hand-sewn by a group of women in Makapanstad, South Africa, the unique designs of The heartfelt Project hold the stories of everyday life.
Each carries a message of hope and contributes a small donation to an HIV/AIDS & TB charity within the local community, as well as helping to feed and clothe the heartfelt ladies and their families.
By ordering your wedding favours through the heartfelt project, your support is another small way for them to fill many more hearts with hope.
A few ways we're trying to make a difference
Recycling
We are currently developing a recycled range from materials found in the households of the women and the local community.
Supporting fair trade
We always support fair trade.
Supporting / working with a charity
We currently support a charity called A re Aganeng Health Services. It is a community based non-governmental organization set up to help underprivileged and disadvantaged people in the Makapanstad community.
It provides accessible health services to TB patients, HIV/AIDS patients, the old, orphans, vulnerable children and chronically ill people, as well as providing counselling to traumatized people and rape victims.
Established in 2006 by compassionate community members made up of teachers, nurses, home based care, care givers, pastors and paramedics. Our goal for the future is to support many more wonderful organisations like this one, extending our support further into Africa.
Supporting / working with a community / social project
Our aim is to support the community of Makapanstad by building a community centre and a workshop from where the ladies can work. It will also offer childcare, health support, educational facilities and employment for the local people.

We are hoping to set up heartfelt Projects like this one throughout South Africa and Africa.
