What we do
Your big day can make a big difference to the lives of children and young people.
Celebrate your wedding day in a unique and positive way - invite your friends and family to donate to the NSPCC instead of buying you a wedding gift or as an option on your gift list.
Send our special donation cards with your wedding invites and guests can send their donation straight to the NSPCC - we'll thank them on your behalf and keep a record for you of who's donated and how much has been raised altogether. Or you could do it all online or have a collection on the day.
Have truly memorable wedding favours on your big day - make a donation yourselves to the NSPCC and use our personalised wedding favour cards and pin badges. It's the perfect keepsake for your guests - inspirational and unforgettable.
We're here to end cruelty to children in the UK by fighting for their rights, listening to them, helping them when they need us and making them safe.
We provide national services such as ChildLine and our adult Helpline to provide support for all children and our local services focus on the most acute forms of abuse and the most vulnerable, highest risk children working in areas such as sexual abuse or children under one so that we can bring help, advice and treatment to children at risk or those who have been abused. Through these services we demonstrate the most innovative and effective solutions and then campaign for these services to be adopted UK wide.
We share our experience with governments and organisations working with children so together we improve the protection of children and we challenge those who will not learn and change. We campaign for better laws and we educate and inform the public to improve understanding about child abuse.
Through our work - overwhelmingly funded by public donations - children and young people are better informed, better cared for and better protected.
We recycle as many of our office supplies as we can and reuse materials where possible.
Supporting / working with a charity
The National Society for the Provention of Cruelty to Children is the UK's leading charity specialising in child protection and the prevention of cruelty to children. We rely on the generosity of the general public to continue our work, who donate more than 87% of our income.
