Leblas is a fine jewellery boutique combining traditional techniques with modern design and sustainable practices.

Leblas offers a unique collection of wedding and engagement rings as well as bridal jewellery. In addition to our collections we also offer a personal custom-made bespoke jewellery service with our Artist-Creative Director Arabel Lebrusan.

We use 100% recycled precious gold and platinum as we believe there is enough gold above ground in order to make jewellery without continually mining from the environment. We source our diamonds and other precious stones from known and trusted sources that can provide traceability from source to the store.

Ethical action

Leblas exclusively uses 100% recycled gold, silver and platinum, sourced specifically from a carefully selected single refinery. Our precious recycled metal is kept segregated from all other precious metals and is transferred directly to our workshops.

Diamonds
Where possible we obtain Canadian stones as a diamond extracted from the Canadian mines and cut at an identified and assessed establishment follows a true, transparent route. Where we are unable to obtain Canadian diamonds our stones are always Kimberly certified.

Leblas sources other gemstones through a number of trusted companies. They ensure that the stones are closely tracked from mine to market to check that every gem has been handled according to strict protocols.

Chains and fastenings
We offer two types of chain and fastenings. Some of our chain is handcrafted by our artisans in Spain and is made from 100% recycled gold.

Packaging
Leblas uses recycled paper as well biodegradable inks and paper certified by the FSC wherever we can.

Recycling

We use 100% recycled precious gold and platinum.

Renewable energy use

We are committed to managing our business in a sustainable way. We purchase our energy through Ecotricity who are dedicated to changing the way electricity is made and invest in clean forms of power like wind energy.

Reducing carbon footprint

We produce all of our collections in Europe as we want to support European craftsmanship in addition to keeping our carbon footprint low.

Using organic products

Our workshop use organic substances instead of chemicals in the jewellery-making process to avoid damaging the environment.

Supporting local producers

The main ambition of Leblas is to support skilled craftsmanship in Europe. We use local artisans and we aim to introduce an apprenticeship scheme next year to help enable the skills to be passed to the next generation.

Using cruelty-free products

All of our production is cruelty free.

Supporting / working with a community / social project

We have worked with the World Land Trust on a collaborative base and created a unique silver and semi precious encrusted butterfly pendant. We donated the proceeds to World Land Trust.
