Karina Anne designs and makes wedding jewellery in her Suffolk studio. Using ethically-sourced materials, she offers designs that are beautiful and contemporary at affordable prices.

She does not use gemstones, as the mining and grinding of gemstone beads is not in keeping with her ethical principles. Instead she favours Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, handmade lampwork beads, sterling silver (much of it fair trade) and Murano glass from Italy.

The emphasis of her business is on handmade products that are of exceptionally high quality in terms of design, materials and manufacture.

Her jewellery is delivered beautifully gift-wrapped and there is also a selection of jewellery suitable for bridesmaids and mothers of the bride or groom.

A range of gifts is available, all handmade in the UK: jewellery wraps, porcelain cupcake pots (perfect presents for bridesmaids - just add jewellery!) and luxurious gift soaps.

Commissions are welcome for a unique piece of jewellery for your wedding day and beyond.

A few ways we're trying to make a difference

Recycling

All paper waste is recycled or re-used. Food waste (teabags and so on) is composted. Gift packaging contains recycled materials.

Renewable energy use

Electricity to the studio is supplied by Ecotricity.

Supporting local producers

Gifts all handmade in the UK, porcelain items by a craftsperson just down the road! Always on the look out for other locally-made gifts and local suppliers.

Supporting fair trade

Fair trade silver is used where possible
