What we do
We offer a personal and friendly wedding list service. Your guests may purchase their gifts from the comfort of their own homes and be sure that they are giving you something you will really appreciate.
If you can, come along to our shop in Totnes, Devon, to browse and choose from the superb selection of quality organic bed linen, duvets, towels and clothing.
We offer luxury fabrics, like untreated bourette silk and soft percale by the metre, if you would like to make your own wedding out-fits.
Many of our products are Soil Association certified and all items are made under fair and safe working conditions.
Ethical Action
Some of these organic textile products are made in Devon at our manufacturing facility just outside of Plymouth; additionally we work with over 60 other suppliers in the UK and abroad to ensure that customers are offered the most environmentally responsible garments, bedding, and other eco products, without compromising on quality or style.
Greenfibres stocks everything from natural silk underwear and organic linen shirts to 6 different styles of bedding made from organic cotton and organic linen. Make sure - if you do stop by the shop - to experience the feel of the luxurious organic duvets (wool, camel hair and silk) and try out the organic, chemically untreated, latex mattresses.

A few ways we're trying to make a difference
Recycling
We recycle our paper or reuse it, refill our cartridges where possible.
Renewable energy use
Our electricity is from renewable resources and supplied by ‘Good energy’.
Reducing carbon footprint
At Greenfibres we are passionate about the environment that we live in and are part of. We will go to great lengths to ensure that any products we source and the activities of our business do as little damage to the environment as possible. (See our environmental policy for details).
Water conservation
We have installed water-saving ‘ Inter-flush’ systems in our toilets.
Using organic products
We offer a wide range of organic products and get a weekly, yummy fruit box from our local health food store ‘Sacks’.
Supporting local producers
Some of our organic textile products are made in Devon at our manufacturing facility just outside of Plymouth; additionally we work with over 60 other suppliers in the UK.
Using cruelty-free products
We offer cosmetics that are100% natural and free from synthetic ingredients. No preservatives, lanolin or petroleum-derived oils are used. The majority of the raw materials are certified organic or are wild-crafted. The products have never been tested on animals and are suitable for vegetarians.
Supporting fair trade
Many of our products are Soil Association certified and all items are made under fair and safe working conditions.
Supporting / working with a charity
We support every year a different charity in conjunction with the sale of one particular product. This year it was the Environmental Justice Foundation and Transition Town Totnes.
Supporting / working with a community / social project
Greenfibres is supporting the Transition Town Network.

Most of our products are vegan or vegetarian.
