40 vintage wedding suppliers - from vintage crockery hire and dresses to alternative bouquets and retro make-up - will set up their stalls alongside some spectacular vintage entertainment acts.

A Most Curious Vintage Wedding Fair - 11 February

The first of two 'A Most Curious Vintage Wedding Fairs' coming up in 2012, the organisers describe their offering as 'a new breed of fair which ensures exhibitors have beautiful, elegant offerings alongside fun, quirky, show-stopping elements that allow you to express you and your groom’s personality with flair on your big day.'
You'll find vintage crockery and decorations, antique and repro wedding and bridesmaid dresses from all eras, retro hen dos and cute cupcakes to the accompaniment of Barber Shop Quartets and Beatles cover bands.
And not forgetting the vintage tea room where you can get a nice cup of cha and yummy cakes all served on antique crockery by 1940s and 1950s waitresses.

The Vintage Wedding Fair is the brainchild of Discover Vintage and it had its debut in 2010.
You'll have several opportunities to catch the Vintage Wedding Fair in 2012 - its first stop is the North Yorkshire spa town of Harrogate.
As well as vintage-themed stationery, make-up advice, entertainment and catering this is the place to see more than 400 vintage wedding dresses and special occasion vintage gowns.
